Because our services are digital and custom made, including website and application design, AI solutions, video production, digital marketing, and support, the following conditions apply:

  • All sales are considered final unless a different arrangement is clearly agreed upon in writing within the service contract.
  • Due to the personalized nature of our work, refunds are not provided once the project has begun or once any deliverables have been supplied to the client.
  • If a deliverable contains an error, a defect, or does not match the agreed specifications, we will correct the issue at no additional cost. The client must report such issues within thirty days of receiving the deliverable or confirming acceptance. This correction period is clearly indicated in the service contract.
  • Returns or exchanges do not apply, as all deliverables are digital and cannot be returned.

Any request for cancellation, a refund review, or a dispute must be submitted by email within 30/thirty days of delivery or acceptance. Requests made after this period may not be eligible. Each case will be reviewed individually. Although refunds are not guaranteed, a partial refund or a service credit may be offered at our discretion.

By entering into a contract with us or by purchasing any of our services, you acknowledge and accept this Refund and Returns Policy.
