Is this an off-the-shelf course?
No. Sessions are built around your accounts, data and problems. Generic courses are cheaper and reliably produce agreement in the room followed by nothing.
How many people should attend?
Small enough that everyone does the exercises, which usually means eight to twelve. Beyond that it becomes a presentation, and presentations do not transfer skills.
How long should a session be?
Half a day to two days depending on scope, split across sessions rather than delivered in one block where possible. People retain considerably more from two half-days a fortnight apart than from a single long day.
Do you train on specific tools?
Yes, though the tool is usually the easy part. Most training requests framed as a tool problem turn out to be about the decisions the tool is meant to support.
