Creator Partnership Management

Long-term relationships with a small number of creators: ambassador programmes, retainers and exclusivity, managed as a relationship rather than a series of bookings.

Aperçu

One-off posts are the least effective way to use a creator. Audiences discount a single sponsorship as an advert; the same creator mentioning the same product across six months reads as genuine use, which is what actually shifts opinion.

Long-term partnerships also cost less per post and produce better work, because the creator understands the product properly by month three. What they require is management: a relationship with someone accountable, not a purchase order renewed occasionally.

À qui cela s'adresse

  • Brands whose one-off influencer posts produce nothing durable
  • Companies with creators who already use and mention the product
  • Businesses in categories where credibility takes repeated exposure
Ce qui est inclus

Notre approche de Creator Partnership Management

Les travaux précis que couvre une mission type. Le périmètre est convenu d'avance : rien ici ne réapparaîtra plus tard comme une ligne surprise.

  • Partner selection

A small number chosen for genuine affinity and staying power, since a partnership needs a creator who will still be relevant in a year.

  • Agreement structure

Retainer terms, deliverable minimums, exclusivity scope and exit terms. Exclusivity is where the money and the arguments are.

  • Relationship management

A named contact, regular conversations and early sight of what is coming. This is the part that distinguishes a partnership from a booking.

  • Integration into the programme

Bringing partners into launches, events and product feedback, so the relationship is worth more than the posts.

  • Performance review

Honest periodic assessment of whether the partnership still earns its cost, with a clean way to end it.

  • Crisis planning

What happens if a partner has a public problem. Agreed in advance, because deciding it in the moment goes badly.

Déroulement

Du premier échange au résultat mesuré

Toujours la même séquence, pour que vous sachiez ce qui vient ensuite.

  1. Identify

Find creators with real affinity, often from people who already mention you unprompted.

  2. Negotiate

Structure the agreement including exclusivity, deliverables and both parties' exit terms.

  3. Onboard

Proper product education and access, so their content is informed rather than surface-level.

  4. Manage

Ongoing contact, planning and review, with a periodic decision on renewal.

Pourquoi cela vaut la peine

Des résultats, pas des livrables

Un empilement de documents n'est pas un progrès. Voici les changements que le travail doit produire.

  • Credibility that accumulates

Repeated association reads as genuine use in a way a single sponsored post never does.

  • Lower cost per post

Retainers are consistently cheaper per deliverable than booking the same creator repeatedly.

  • Better content over time

A partner who genuinely knows the product makes work you could not brief for.

  • Competitors locked out

Sensible exclusivity in a small category is often worth more than the content itself.

Questions

Questions fréquentes sur Creator Partnership Management

Ce qu'on nous demande avant de nous contacter. Si votre question n'y est pas, posez-la nous directement.

How long should a creator partnership run?

Long enough for the audience to register the association, which is usually six to twelve months at minimum. Shorter than that and you pay partnership rates for what is effectively a series of one-off posts.

How much exclusivity should we ask for?

Only within your direct category, and be prepared to pay for it. Broad exclusivity across adjacent categories costs a great deal and is frequently unenforceable in practice.

What if a partner says something we disagree with?

Partly the point, and worth agreeing boundaries for in advance. The credibility comes from their independence, and a partner who only says approved things loses the audience that made them worth partnering with.

How many partners should we have?

Few. Three well-managed relationships beat fifteen thin ones, and the management overhead is real. Beyond a handful it becomes a programme needing dedicated staffing.
