Social Media & Community
Choosing the platforms worth your effort and running them properly, including the harder question of which accounts to close.
Aperçu
Most companies are on five platforms and doing well on none. The accounts exist because somebody set them up, they receive the same post at the same time, and nothing is judged against anything in particular.
The work here starts with concentration: one or two platforms with real effort behind them, a stated purpose per account, and content made for each platform rather than resized between them. It is usually less activity in fewer places, and it performs considerably better.
À qui cela s'adresse
- Companies posting across many platforms with little to show for it
- Teams whose social output stops entirely during busy periods
- Businesses whose engagement fell when short video took over

Questions fréquentes sur Social Media & Community
Ce qu'on nous demande avant de nous contacter. Si votre question n'y est pas, posez-la nous directement.
How often should we post?
Whatever you can sustain at a quality you would not be embarrassed by. A well-made post twice a week beats daily filler, and every platform now weights engagement rate over volume.
Why has our organic reach fallen?
Every major platform has reduced unpaid distribution for business accounts over several years. It is not something you did, and it does mean an unpaid-only strategy now reaches a shrinking share of your own followers.
Do we need a community as well as social accounts?
Only if your customers have a reason to talk to each other. For a simple product used alone, a good help centre serves them better and costs far less to run.
