E-commerce & Revenue Enablement
Selling more through the store you already have: checkout, conversion and the commercial decisions that move revenue faster than more traffic would.
Aperçu
Most e-commerce growth budgets go on acquiring more visitors, when the cheaper gain is usually further down. A conversion improvement applies to every visitor you already pay for, and checkout in particular loses money in single-digit percentages that compound enormously.
The work here is commercial rather than technical: what the store sells, how it is merchandised, where customers abandon, and which of those steps can be removed entirely.
À qui cela s'adresse
- Retailers whose checkout loses a large share of started orders
- Companies whose traffic grows while revenue does not
- Businesses outgrowing their current platform

Questions fréquentes sur E-commerce & Revenue Enablement
Ce qu'on nous demande avant de nous contacter. Si votre question n'y est pas, posez-la nous directement.
How much traffic do we need for conversion testing?
For statistically valid split testing, a few hundred conversions a month per variant. Below that we still improve the store through analysis and established practice, and we say plainly which of the two we are doing.
Where is the biggest gain usually?
Checkout, almost always, because it affects every customer who has already decided to buy. Removing a step is frequently worth more than optimising one.
Should we replatform?
Only if your current platform genuinely blocks something commercial. Replatforming is expensive, risky for search traffic, and often chosen to avoid a smaller problem that could be fixed directly.
