Strategic Advisory

Expert guidance for business growth and transformation

Aperçu

Most strategy documents are a list of activities with a budget attached. A strategy is a decision: which audience, which message, which route to market, and what you are giving up in order to do those well.

The engagements here start from evidence rather than from a workshop. We look at your sales data, talk to your customers, and come back with options that have costs and risks attached, so the choice is yours to make and the reasoning is written down for the people who have to live with it.

À qui cela s'adresse

  • Companies spending on marketing without a clear view of what works
  • Businesses entering a new market, launching a product, or changing direction
  • Leadership teams who need a costed plan a board can approve

Questions

Questions fréquentes sur Strategic Advisory

Ce qu'on nous demande avant de nous contacter. Si votre question n'y est pas, posez-la nous directement.

How long does a strategy engagement take?

Four to eight weeks for most, depending on how much primary research is needed. The customer conversations are the part that makes the output specific to you, and they are the first thing to get cut when a timeline is compressed.

Do you deliver the work as well as advise?

Yes, and often the same senior person stays on through delivery. We are equally willing to hand over to your team or another agency, and the plan is written so that is possible.

What do we actually get?

A written strategy, a costed plan for the first ninety days, the measurement definitions, and the research it rests on, all in a form your team can edit rather than a locked presentation.
